Andrew Hallak

Environmental Law Scholar – Class of 2025

Andrew Hallak explores the human-environment relationship to understand how transboundary water resources can serve as a tool for cooperation rather than conflict. Currently, he is conducting research on policy and governance innovations, at the regional level, of water-scarce regions in the Western United States and the Middle East. His objective is to contribute to multi-level and inclusive policy decision-making processes that can assist in the peaceful resolution of resource conflicts by integrating insights from policy analysis, political science, and legal studies.
